HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY!
Valentine’s day was extra special this year because Andrew and I celebrated it for 40 hrs!
We started V-day in Australia (last day of our honeymoon and 17 hours ahead of Houston). Because we were flying back to the US and going east, we kept losing hours so after we crossed the international date line, it was February 13th again. (boo!) However, a few hours later it was midnight again and February 14th! (yay!) We arrived in Houston around 7:30 in the morning and spent the whole day relaxing. Our inner clocks are so messed up right now which resulted in us eating an early dinner at 5pm and me writing this post at 5am (Feb 15). I’m so glad we have the whole weekend to get back on track! HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY!
Travel pics to come soon! In the meantime, here’s some light reading about IDL. Interesting stuff.

Wedding Party App
This app is truly amazing and I’m so glad we found it! It’s such a great way for wedding guests to come together and actually feel more involved in the wedding celebration. This link is to the online site with all the photos people took and uploaded, and I also made a separate album on facebook with all the uploaded pics. I’m so excited that whenever I delete the app, if I ever do, I will still have all the photos in one place so I can scroll through whenever I want!
Life as a Newlywed
Andrew and I got married five days ago, and so far, things have been amazing! I mean, it feels the same as before, but at the same time, it feels completely different. Andrew is my husband.Just writing that gives me chills.
All this week, people have been asking me how the wedding was and I keep giving them the same answer, “perfect.” From the flowers to the music, everything just seemed to come together and flow really well; I think it was absolutely gorgeous and I’m so happy with the final product. I cannot think of a single thing that I would have changed.
Thinking about my life makes me a little weak in the knees. I am surrounded by the most supportive and incredible family members and friends, and having them in my life makes me feel whole. I am truly blessed to be married to Andrew. He is so caring and does whatever he can to make me happy – he tries to make my dreams a reality. I have no idea what I did to deserve him. I feel so fortunate and I hope everyone, one day, can feel how I feel.
